About The Artist
Dominick Cardile (Car-DELL-ee) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans photography, painting, printmaking, film, and digital media. Born in 1998, he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Western Colorado University, where he developed a passion for blending traditional techniques with emerging technology.
Cardile’s work explores themes of identity, environment, and the shifting relationship between people and the natural world. His imagery often straddles the line between documentary and abstraction, creating immersive experiences that challenge perception and invite deeper reflection.
As he begins a new chapter as a middle school art teacher in Craig, CO, Cardile remains committed to his creative practice—channeling his experience into teaching the next generation of artists while continuing to produce and share new visual work. His evolving portfolio reflects a deep interest in both storytelling and community, and his work has been recognized for its thoughtful and boundary-pushing approach.
